AIB Future Sparks is an educational initiative created by Allied Irish Bank (AIB) aimed at supporting secondary school students in Ireland with their personal and professional development. The program focuses on equipping young people with essential life skills in areas like financial literacy, career readiness, entrepreneurship and wellbeing.
AIB Future Sparks combines in-class resources, digital tools, and events like the Future Sparks Festival to give students expert insights, inspiring talks and interactive workshops. Partnering with teachers and industry leaders, the program delivers engaging, curriculum-aligned content that builds confidence and prepares students for life.
The aim for the new AIB Future Sparks website was to design a vibrant, all-in-one platform for both students and teachers, reflecting AIB’s commitment to equipping the next generation with vital life and financial skills. More than just an educational resource, the revamped site had to act as a dynamic digital community—connecting, supporting and inspiring learners and educators throughout Ireland.
A core feature of the relaunch is the integration of two dedicated Moodle-based platforms — one tailored for students and another for teachers. These platforms provide a structured, user-friendly environment to access a rich library of curriculum-aligned resources, interactive learning materials, assessments, and progress tracking tools.
